You get what you pay for
I purchased this crock pot about a year ago and have used it probably 15 times. The crock is extremely heavy, you can't soak it or put in a dishwasher. Now after barely a year it has stopped working and I lost an expensive piece of meat to find this out. Not happy and do not recommend. I always like a bargain but will spend the extra bucks to get something that is going to last longer than a few months.
