Perfect for my Crested Geco's Terrarium
This is a great hood for a compact light, It looks great and works with an Exo Terra 12x 12x18 size.
Fits Exo Terra perfectly
Working great and fits the top of my small "12inch width) Exo Terra terrarium perfectly. I also have Exo Terra's hood. However, I have the hood that will not take anything higher than 25W bulb. The 25W bulb was not enough heat for hermit crabs. So I put the naturalistic hood on the back (as the power switch is located on its back) for the primary heat source, and the Exo Terra on the front (as this switch is located on the side) to be able to adjust the heat on colder days/ nights.
Zoo Med Hood 12inch
Needed second hood to go on my vivarium so I could add night light. Two will fit on one tank. Matches the one I have. What is nice about it is it takes up to a 60 watt bulb. The other brand only takes up to a 15 watt bulb. I feel it and it doesn't get overheated. So depends what your needs are.
