Happy Day
After trying super glue and other "Easy" fixes to get this "Elite" $1,000 dryer's handle fixed, I finally found this part and ordered it. Quick and easy delivery, I was able to install it myself, in less than ten minutes. MY wife was thrilled, and no longer has to do a magic mover to keep the handle on the dryer and open it at the same time. Too bad it is not more durable, but quick and easy to install, and looks as good as new.
fits well, though low quality plastic
Can't believe how much they charge for this, but it fits perfectly. It doesn't come with the screws, so save the old ones from your dryer. There are no instructions (for example, how to remove the door cover to access the handle screws) but Google found them in seconds and it was a 2 minute/1 person job to install this.
OEM part at a great price
Compared to what Sears wanted for the same part, I was skeptical that this would indeed be an OEM part...But it was.
Perfect fit and super easy replacement and best of all, no more having to monkey around with the dryer door to get it open :)
Part was shipped fast too so all around perfect.
