Didn't last a year
This was good while it lasted, but then the water pump wouldnt push the water up to the kcup. Being a commercial unit, I expected more.

This thing works great!! Although the cup they sent with it was too light to get it to work , I still love it . It is all it is cracked up to be .
Good Deal
This package is really a good deal it comes with a carousel for the Kcups and two cups. However we discovered that the cup sensor on the unit does not recognize the glass cups shipped with the pot. How funny is that. The trick is to either get out a good old fashion type cup or block the sensor with a piece of paper. I like it- great for those times when you just want one cup of coffee not an entire pot.
