Great for a family of 7
This slow cooker is perfect for our size family, we are able to make nice sized roasts with no problems. Like the fact the cover has a rubber seal and a rubber strap to keep cover in place. There is a handle on the back that stores the cord when not in use and then holds the cover while stirring or serving. Haven't had any problems with hot or cold spots, works very well.
Great slow cooker
It's great for pork shoulder as well. It makes cooking more easy and relaxing. The slow cooker is easy to clean too.
I no longer hate cooking for one !
I've been a widow for many years and almost completely stopped cooking for myself. This pot has made cooking fun and challenging. I'm able to cook large meals and portion and freeze them. I now go to my freezer for a home cooked meal ( not to the local restaurant - where I can't control the ingredients). The unit is very easy to operate and clean.
